MGB handbrake cable runs inside the transmission tunnel, so its probably quite common.
With Cars so low I thought it the exact opposite! I would hate to rip it off or rub through on a bumpy road.
The only viable option would be to move the handbrake to the inside of the sill and run the cable down the chassis leg. But then getting in and out with the hand brake on would be eye watering!!!!
Or Hydraulic handbrake with no cable but thats just not what we would want is it... Just not Morgan
