Well, it's really a narrow winged Plus 4. All very confusing. The cockpit is the same, and the width to the spinners is the same, so the only difference is the wheels and wing width. So I have a 4/4 Anniversary, but on the V5 it's a Plus 4. I'm thinking about replacing the new badge on the cowl with a trad badge - and Plus 4 seems to be favourite.

Your tire size and presumably wheel width seem wider than a 4/4 too!

And because of the taller tyres you have better ground clearance

Tyres I think are 185/70HR15, but need to check. Avons with a very simple zigzag tread - don't fill me with confidence for when its wet. Time will tell!
Ground clearance is fantastic.

The old style badges have the same pin spacing...Williams fitted one on my old 4/4....and very nice it looked! I've an old style one on the Roadster as well....so much nicer than the latest badges and nothing peels off!
PS. Dave.....zig zag tread Avons? Sounds a bit like CR6ZZ tyres!

I'm not sure when they moved to the new design of wings. My badge has the old style ones and the badge is thicker than the new ones.

I've established that no drilling required! Both are similar widths, but the old one looks so much better. Almost 6" across. Can you believe that? How many of you will now just have to take a measure to your badge...... I now have it clear in my mind. The 4/4 Anniversary is to celebrate 75 years of the 4/4, but is in fact a plus 4 dressed up in 4/4 clothes.
