Funny where OCD leads you.
Today I was idly checking that the black wires are offset around the valve, as they are on the Roadster wheels, and so they are. It's a very subtle offset, but the two spokes - either side of the valve are further apart than the rest.
You'll have to check this out I know.
Then I decided to look at the filler cap key on the Roadster, The key number is 044. I idly wondered if by some coincidence that Bumble would be the same. He is, 044. So now I'm wondering if they are all 044.....
Over to you. smirk2

Have you put the keys alongside each other?

I have been told by Borghi that all Morgan filler caps on recent models are 044. I ordered a spare cap from the manufacturer as I wanted to make it so that I could open it with the ignition key and it was 044 too.

This was after an incident where I embarrassingly left the fuel cap key at the B&B. Just managed to make it back, coasting down all the hills.

End result after a little careful locksmithing and I now have a fuel cap that is compatible with the ignition key. By shear luck it still opens with the 044 key too.

Well having replaced my filler with a Stainless Monza one I have a different key, and I certainly am not going to get the old one out to satisfy your OCMD somestick
