I managed to get some time in the garage today.
First I fitted the skids to the exhaust. No real reason for this except that it tidies things up and stops the crud accumulating on the mountings.
Rear:

Front:

Next the windstop. I decided to upgrade the brackets on the Roadster with 2mm aluminium, and at the same time make some for Bumble. I used up some offcuts so the second pair are slightly smaller. It takes a while and a good deal of work to get to this stage:

Then cut the holes:

Old on the left, new on the right. I've modified the dimensions slightly.

Smaller pair for Bumble:

Adding U section neoprene edging:

Test fit:
Thankfully these brackets work with the smaller head restraints!

Completed:

Yes, belts work OK.

Sourced from The Plastic Man (who else!)Same place as my spare wheel filler comes from.
http://www.theplasticman.co.uk/index.php?area=calculator

For the draft stop - Polycarbonate (unbreakable).

You spec the whole thing, including radius of corners, I also have polished edges, and spec the holes, because they drill super clean holes.
I need to dig out the measurements from the garage so I'll post them later.........

You now have a PM packed with dimensions! rtm
