Hi there all...

The team togs snapped a whole bunch of photo's at Debden, I think all the Mogs are featured (more than once)... so take a look at the following link: If anyone wants hi-res versions then just ask. Be warned the files are ~5mb each though.

Missprint managed 2nd in Class 1 - Standard Carb 1600 Morgan Class and we think 7th Overall (out of the Morgan's present based on the Handicap system).

I managed (onlyl by a couple of seconds) to snatch 1st in Class 1 and we think 5th Overall (out of the Morgan's present based on the Handicap system).

We should get this confirmed in the race report that should be issued in a week or so.

Both put in best times within 4 seconds of the target time which on our first sprint I think was pretty commendable. All the people we met were really friendly and there were 10 Morgans there competing in the Morgan only Class!!

We all had a great day in the sun racing the little Mog... now were looking for go-faster widgets.. ohh... it's so addictive..aahhh.

As also mentioned by Kin, if you look at Silverstone GT3 thread you will see my suggestion for umbrella 'person'

wouldn't need any go faster widgets then, I would be driving like a banshee to get back and keep her warm.

Congratulations you guys, what a brilliant first result from both of you.

Now you really have something to live up to for the rest of the season.

When and where is the next race?

Bentwaters Park near Ipswitch on the 18th.

However I suggest that if enough people want to come and visit/watch/support then Goodwood August 2nd would a much better venue from a spectator perspective.

Oh! and it's the Power Torque Challenge at Oulton Park this Saturday. I'm hoping Dave Randall (Life's) will turn up in his brand new Aero 8 automatic, first one...fresh from the factory!!

the paddock I've reserved for Morgan parking holds about 12 cars....should I reserve extra space, just in case???
