Dave,

I'm surprised they left footprints in your carpet, knowing you would likely have the car apart very soon after getting it home! laugh2

They just need a better vacuum cleaner to sort the floor and carpet before the seats go in.
I noted the footprints in the carpet at the factory...........

Superb thread Dave, many, many thanks.

I will do a lot of this to mine over the next coming weeks.

This may seem a real rookie/dumb question, but here goes.

I bought a one litre bottle of ACF50 since every one here raves about it, but I have no idea how much to apply, how best to apply it or where to apply it.

Could you cover it?

Cheers John

We use it between the wings & the beading & the body & the beading.

Some people also lift the rubber on the wing tread strips & put it under there.

A little goes a long way. I spray some into a cup and then apply with a small brush.

A fine syringe is best (or that's what I prefer)....but as said already, a little goes a long way!
