Hello together, this winter only a small project to introduce. Since I changed my interior to a nice wooden dash I hate the plastic handle for the Easy up Hood. This handle is the last remaining plastic part in the visible interior. I was looking to make the handle out of wood...... Not realy a good idea due to stiffness. A couple of weeks ago I went to an expert for - Water Transfer Print - (not sure if the translation is correct)who is near to the place which I used to live. I asked him to make his magic and - Let it become wood - Here are the result.  Not a cheap solution but I am very pleased with the result. What do you think ? Torsten

Lovely. How durable is the finish?
I’d love some one with a 3D printer to make one out of sintered metal.

Above company 5 miles from me....refurbishes alloy wheels and seen some amazing wraps/transfer work done on Bentlys/Ferraris he has done for Leeds United players
