I am looking for information and pictures how a half tonneau cover attaches - looks with the easy up top.
Thanks

What’s a half tonneau? Is it a tonneau unzipped so the you can drive it?

The half tonneau cover was used to describe what's basically a hood cover behind the seats.

However I do have a half tonneau cover made up to just cover the passenger seat.

I'm glad you answered that I didn't understand the question - I didn't think such a thing existed.

Ah! Actually that might be quite a useful thing as the inside of the hood seems to get awfully grubby being exposed to the world all the time (except when the car’s in the garage). Might try just folding my tonneau first.

I've tried folding mine when on weekends away as it hides the luggage in the back. Trouble is the tonneau is quite bulky and when folded or rolled up it fouls the seat belts where they come up from behind the seats, if you lean forward and pull out more belt it doesn't spool back when you sit back again :-(
I think the half Tonneau is the way to go if you want to cover only the rear compartment.

Ed, we had one made by Allon White's this year, it fits under the ez-up pins at the rear and wraps over the folded hood mechanism and finally clips into the existing Tennax pins just behind the doors at each side

I suppose it's quite similar to a factory 'hood cover' but with additional fabric attached to cover your luggage

I'll try and take you a couple of photos this weekend, as the one on the AW website is for an old style popper hood

If done properly, it’s nowhere near the seat belt.

i have a 64 plus 4. have a half tonneau cover (Don't know what else to call it?) Maybe you call it something different in the UK? Attaches to the hood studs at the rear. Snaps behind the seats, maybe 18' deep. Covers area behind seat. Any how i have a roadster rolling classis on order, shipping to the US. Have not actually seen a easy up hood. didn't know what my options would be. Allon White wants the car to make a half tonneau cover
thanks
