If it was me, I'd probably just have a plain disc - I can't see what purpose the louvres have in that location?

They look good and remind me of the racing Plus 8's that had the vents in for cooling I believe.

That is an ingenious way of mounting the disc with no panel drilling or scuffing as per the standard units thumbs.

Just like your alloy cockpit cover you had made for your M3W you have shown MMC the way forward once again laugh2

Their later fibre glass one looks tacky in comparison to yours...

I thought racers found extra speed on the straights without the spare wheel cover. Wouldn't this mean the louvres in same would aid aerodynamics [Linked Image]

I launched the manufacture of the panels clap
they will be 15/10 aluminum laser cut
I made 5 copies because the price is almost the same for one piece, rather than a series of 5 pieces

I am proud to present you my handmade aluminum rear panel (except the laser cut) :

First step: Going to the laser cutting factory

Second step: shaping the louvres at VH Classic Belgium:

The result is not bad, especially on this rare Bignan Sport being reassembled : laugh2

Third step: Creation of the H-shaped wooden cradle, the most difficult step because nothing is straight on a morgan: banghead
[Linked Image]

Fourth step: Central and final assembly, the disc did not touch the bodywork : sunny
