Jenny, I received an e-mail back from one of the fellows as MMC regarding the window; here is what it said: -

"In answer to the Aero issue, the reset is a very simple procedure, if you lower the window on the switch until it reaches the bottom and then raise the window right to the top, ensuring you keep the window switch held in the lift position for approx 5 seconds, the window will automatically reset."

Yes thank you simon, they seemt o be behaving now! It must have been a simple problema nd now at least i know exactly what to do if they do that again, unfortunatly it dosn't work on the sag and lotus <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Just to let you know if you disconnect the battery or press the isolator button under the bonnet the windows will loose the setting again, I had the same problem when I picked up The Green Dragon and the sales girl had demonstrated the isolator to me but did not know her product well enough to tell me what the result would be.
