Sounds like when Henrietta's back in pristine condition it might be good time to get top money and trade up, you could join the Roadster club I suppose, just have to put up with fluctuating revs, funny exhaust note hide , and a few other peculiarities. Personally I could see you in a sorted low mileage plus 8, lots of torque and sounds lovely. After all it does seem Roadsters are becoming a bit common. innocent grin2

Common, Common? Whatever next! drive

Roadsters are for driving, not looking at. Effortless, comfortable and wonderful exhaust note, especially on the overrun....

The fluctuating revs seems to be down to noise from poor earth connections reaching the ECU. Since Tom at williams tightened the 5 or 6 nuts that hold the Electronics box to the scuttle the car is transformed, smoother and with rock steady idle.

The only don side is mpg, I don't manage better than 26. Do I care? happy3

Chin up Jeremy, not too long now before Henrietta will back on the road.
Have you been to visit the patient in the recovery ward to see how she is doing?

Oh, and a caption for the speaking horse photo: "Give us a crisp mate!"

I love horses there used to be a stallion in the field around the corner when I took the dog for a walk . He would wait looking at me thinking time for a walk mate , as I pulled hand fulls of grass for the horse. Silly me used to buy him polos and carrots whistle for him at the other side of the field and he would just walk over . Shows who was boss head but me and try to open my coat . I had my trouser pockets filled with big carrot's when I bumped into a mates wife . Don't look so happy Jean its only a carrot in their for the horse but you can have a bite if you want. Typical of you John was her reply . innocent
