The Banner for my new YouTube channel...

www.youtube.com/@AspectRacing

From Garage to Grid follows my journey forming a privateer race team, Aspect Racing, to compete in the Morgan Challenge a one make race series for Morgan motor cars. Aspect Racing, a team created through conversations, friends and family, a meeting of minds and shared passion for engineering and motorsport. This channel exposes the months of hard work and problem solving that goes into preparing a car and driver to race for the first time. New episodes will arrive every couple of weeks, following the high's and lows, frustrations, laughs, and triumphs as the team lead up to our first racing campaign in 2026.

Thanks - it used to be all yellow - I added the grey contrast to give it a bit of oomph! 🤣

Cool, following with interest thumbs

I'm looking forward to a presentation on the technical aspects and preparations.

What capacity is the BDA?

Yep, me too.

I have it on good authority that 1972 was the best year for Morgans.....

I would love to say it was a BDA... it's a 2000 cc Zetec E Blacktop... it's about as close to a BDA (well BDG) as you can get without it actually being the real thing... I would love to put an alloy blocked BDG into this car sometime in the future.. but for now this engine is hugely cheaper and more modest in power.
