If you either bought thecar from a Morgan dealer, or get your work done by a Morgan specialist on a fairly regular basis, then the easiest way forward might be to go to there for the certificate That's what I do ( In fact, Mike Duncan renewed mine for Gott and Wynne only a couple of months ago)
Failing that, I'm sure someone such as Dave W will post, making a suggestion
Like most of us, I'm aware of the Morgan specialists in your general area ( Ledgerwoods in Scunny, John MacDonald/ Beamish in County Durham, Gills - who I know absolutely nothing at all about) but I have no more specialist knowledge than that.
