I seem to remember that when I ran it dry recently, it was showing at about 230 miles of generaly mixed driving, which was a disappointing 28 - 29 mpg, given that I am still running it in at 900 miles.
I was told to expect about 28 mpg! So at least I know this is a realistic figure. Filling up at around 150 miles sounds like sound advice.
