Greasing mine every 500 (so 3 times in 6 weeks !). Yes, have found that I need to be contortionist, never realised the nipples could revolve (oo-er redcard).

Now wearing a pair of Dave W's lovely gaiters, so that should help protect from the current, daily, Mendips' downpours.
