The media always exaggerate a situation so I have no doubt that it will be better than the impression you get from TV. Certainly before you cancel you need to check your insurance. Would I go? On my own I wouldnt think twice . With my wife, no I wouldnt - I can rough it without worry but I wouldnt like her to have to rough it. She never was the girl guide type.
