Howard, thanks for the tip on wet weather, the dry grip is so high a sudden change to a greasey surface could be interesting to say the least.
Graham, Evora would be nice but I would have to knock down and rebuild my garage, the Elise is a squeeze to open the door wide enough to get in and out, also many Evoras come with the 20" rear wheel option and the tyres are £900 a pair, a new clutch is a 30 hour labour job.
Dave, the width across the tyres is 68" and the width across the mirrors is 73" - my garage is only 90" wide.
