dmh Talk Morgan Regular D Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 638 Cheltenham - UK	PS - The stem adjusts as well as the mirror itself. Pull the stem to another notch setting and then adjust the mirror. No guarantee of course, but sometimes it works. Good Luck. David H
