These bar stewards took my 87 year old mother in law for £90. I usually enjoy these calls by pretending to be useless at IT & that the PC takes say 5 mins to start up. I also tell them I have an Apple. If you put the phone down they call back. But if you blow a whistle down the phone that seems to work.
