Adrian, it helps if you remove the rear dampers, a time consuming task I know - but then when you spray the first 'coat' you can immediately bounce the rear of the car to see if there is an improvement AND bouncing helps work the spray grease between the leaves whilst the thinner in the spray grease is still thin.
