Apparently these cars will be manufactured on a new assembly line at the Maserati factory in Modena. They are planning on building 3.500 units of the 4C a year, 1.000 of which are destined for Europe. The first edition, loaded with extras, will be about €60,000 euro but the base price of subsequent models will be about €50,000 euro.
It uses a lot of aluminium and carbon fibre in the construction and weighs only 895kg giving it 3.85 kg per CV.
