Rudolf. If you have a problem I suggest you ask Morgan. The CoC (Certificate of Conformity) specifies the VIN number of the vehicle and can not be applied to another vehicle. As the vehicle has already been registered in another country it should not be a problem, unless as in Italy, the wheel and tyre sizes are specified on the car's documents.

In fact it is most unusual for the owner to have a copy of the CoC. In theory only one copy should be printed and that goes to the authorities on first registration.

My suggestion would be to first find out if there is a problem, presenting the documents without the CoC, and without mentioning your concerns about the tyre sizes. If there is a problem then ask what your authorities would need and then contact Morgan. It may be they only need a certificate that the wheels are an approved option at the factory.
