Did I read that morgan motor co. Plan to use magnesium for the next generation of cars?
Doesn't magnesium burn rather alot? I believe honda tried a formula one car in it once but dropped it when it killed the driver.
What am I getting wrong here?

There are a few cars using magnesium alloy - the interior of the Ford GT, for example. The wheels of some Astons and Ferraris a while back.
It's quite safe as an alloy, but horribly expensive.
