I thought I was posing an interesting question. Evidently I was mistaken.
You did pose an interesting question! The problem is that only Autocar seemed to done a test but I don't recall them doing the usual full magazine test with analysis of in gear speeds etc. Perhaps the car isn't seen by them as a serious car and therefore doesn't warranty it?
As far as topic drift is concerned, if you read this forum long enough you'll see that we all do it.....part of the charm of TM.
