My "new" Motorcycle:
1992 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic, one owner from new, only 12.500 Kms, 100% original:
I have to change the tires, they are 21 years old, too.
I will remove most of the accessories, as windshield, sissy-bar, the small toolbags,..., I like a cleaner look.
