Chaps, any ideas on this subject please? On my 'new' car I have quite a few windscreen scratches and have been considering buffing with jewellers' rouge but I have read 'somewhere on google' that this RainX stuff does a good job of filling scratches. I'm not keen on vandals resolving the matter with a brick!
Any wise words welcome.

I have used Autoglym Glass Polish with some success on my 4/4.
Needs a bit of "elbow grease" but even by hand it gave a noticeable improvement.
