Pale coloured mohair will stain and look grubby quite quickly. Black is much better but will develop rub marks and crease marks very quickly if folded most of the time.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the black everflex traditional hood on Bumble. It's easier to put up and down than I imagined it would be and with practice I can now do it as quick as the easy up on the Roadster. A mohair would look more luxurious, but then its rarely up......(not that I'm posturing).
