'76 4/4 X-flow - 28.5 mpg on a 22 mile round trip commute - not thrashing it, with only 4 forward cogs in the gearbox 3000rpm works out just under 60mph, so I sit with the HGVs on motorways.
38 - 40 on longer runs, again same proviso as above. Prefer to use A & B roads, but sometimes Ms have their uses
