I always felt that the rear suspension of our 2008 Morgan +4 Four-seater was too soft. Unfortunately, the original Bilstein dampers are not adjustable. The Bilstein dampers have long bump stops effectively acting as progressive rubber springs. Last fall the local service agent fitted AVO dampers, and while the damping now can be adjusted to a suitable level, the lack of the progressive rubber springs has a severe effect on the carrying capacity. So how do I get both effects without going to a four-damper rear axle?
