Here is the rear tyre and sprocket.
Not sure why MMC factory removed the outer edge on rear sprocket.
Donald, that's just a very poor engineering design to be that close.
With your belt just off the inner flange, if you were to "adjust" the rear wheel angle to get the tire clearance in front, the belt would run off to the outside even more.
I can't see swapping out any of the spacers within the swingarm to move the rear wheel squarely over to the right without also causing issues with the belt / sprocket alignment again.
I had a similar situation on my old '76 Harley. It was my fault, but I up-sized my rear wheel from a 3" to a 3.5" and used the stock tire. In my case just the slight extra width widened my tire cross section enough to have the chain rub on the front right in the middle of my whitewall, not a pretty sight.
Have you changed out your rear tire to a larger tire? I think a 175 in width is standard on the M3W.
