I know this is another Volvo, and Im pretty sure £20k is an optomistic budget but yet again I love it

This car was created by a guy who builds custom hotrods in Sweden. Volvo liked the finished product so much that they acquired it for their museum for an undisclosed sum. I believe the chap is working on another Volvo based custom which should be equally stunning.
