Hi Ruut, the factory will fit extras at build time for a charge (as to be expected)
However I guess that some countries may have regulations which means some
modifications have to be installed after delivery.
It is always worth asking your dealer or the factory for clarification.

I would suggest that unless you are intimately familiar with the motor that you want that a purchaser waits until they have driven their motor before going to the expense of what could be an unnecessary modification.

as an example, prior to getting my motor 3 years ago I had read that Rutherford AVO dampers were the way to go. I am pleased I did not go that route as I am more than satisfied with the standard dampers at this stage.
