On point 5, when I picked up my Roadster it was somewhat bouncy, and I had NeilM with me, we stopped and lowered the tyre pressures all round by about 1.5psi, and it made an immediate difference. This was not a particularly hot day and lots of water on the roads so tyres were not getting warm. Suspect they were slightly over-inflated from Williams. Also I have softened the front Koni's to 5 clicks and rears to 3. Which has improved the ride, but I think they need to be a little firmer so moving up to 6 and 4 respectively.

As for tyre pressures front to rear, you after right they should be biased according to front rear weight bias, and quite a few performance cars do this accordingly. I suspect a a 22psi up front and 24psi rear is about right for a Roadster. Do bear in mind that with a harder tyre on the rear if it does not get warm and you hit a more slippery surface in a bend it is more likely to break away, as the tyre wall will be less forgiving. I have experienced this in Rosie with a sudden rear end out and a resultant Fish Tailing up the road, If this ever happens do not brake but power on out through it, if you brake the rear end will come right round.
