Had a 164 as a company car between 92 - 94 - "K " reg , a rather lovely shade of green . all good until, if memory serves me right, it had the 48k service done by Cubleys of Ainsdale , received a phone call from the Co. Accountant who was questioning the invoice and in particular the "rear suspension rebuild" He thought £1,200 + was excessive....! Lovely machine , again if memory serves me right, ice cold climate control and lovely engine , even the key ring seemed to have a touch of class , as remarked upon once by a customer whom I took out for lunch...a car with real soul
