Deno said they are no longer trading, good thing to. If they were I'd have demanded they removed it all and restored the car to as it was and threatened to go to court if they declined. Actually I think I'd have got another dealer to do the work and then sued the original to recover the full cost of original installation and removal.
I'd also have talked to MMC about their competence to represent the Marque.
I'm still concerned about the big hole in the bulkhead. It is supposed to be semi fireproof so that in an accident fuel, oil, even smoke and flames can't easily get into the cockpit.... Cutting that massive hole totally compromises the integrity of the bulkhead. At the very least a pair of metal plates are needed, screwed to the bulkhead and covering the hole, other than where the column passes through.
