Regrettably, proof that "small budget" teams cannot compete with the big boys in F1 - and as a result the question is "why do it?".
Hmmm. They probably don't plan on always being the bottom team; consider the Stewart GP team that Jackie set up in 1996. That morphed into the Jaguar team & then in 2005 became Red bull Racing.......
