If I was bothered by this problem I would be inclined to pop a 5mm hole in the back of each gauge to equalise the internal to external temperatures more readily, thus avoiding the condensation.

That's a pity Ruut I thought that had a chance of improving things.
Oh no I can see a system of ducted heater output making it's way up to the instruments through a series of piping any minute now.
