well the Lotus just had to be Lottie didnt it? The family Merc gets referred to as the Panzerwagen. My wife's Smart Roadster is the Rollerskate because that just about sums it up.
The problem one was the boat which is a Starlight 35. I wanted to call it Twinkle but the racing crew rebelled. We dont wear sweaters with the boat names on, but I think thats the possibility that was worrying them. Big burley ex plod who does the foredeck walkning around Cardiff with Twinkle emblazened across his chest!
Mind you its original name was M***** Sue called that after the first owners then wife whose maiden name was Sue M****. When the second wife came along the boat had to go! It came to me with 6 sweaters with eht M**** Sue bit across the back. Should imagine those led to some interesting comments.
