OK picture with the hardtop is a series 1 surely and not a new car.
Picture below is an Aero America series with the side abomination, not sure about this but I didn't think they were makng series 4 with the America bits?
Lastly I didn't think the series 4 was out in Jan 08 as this car purports to be.
Of course I don't speak German so could have completely mis-understood it all
