Worth a look at the small strip on the under bonnet bulkhead, drivers side on UK cars. I had an indicator failure on my 08 +4 and after checking all the under dash fuses I checked the under bonnet strip, more in hope than anything, sure enough one of those was blown and that's all it was. Why they would wire it this way is something known only to Marshians and MMC ;-)
