First of all, happy new year.
I have had several case of fresh running water on my 2008 4/4.
1) Leaks past the roof/windscreen join usually by the LH drivers sunvisor screw.Tended to drip onto the indicator stalk and my leg.Flavings(Germany) gave me thicker seal for inside the roof groove.
2)Flooded drivers footwell. A badly fitted bulkhead/floorplate seal was letting it all in. Yet again Flavings came to the rescue and now I don't have wet feet.
3)Puddles on the tunnel next to the handbrake. This was being caused by a couple of bits, the drain tubesw hanging off and also the silicon seal around the base of the fan box. This has also now being sorted by Flavings.
I believe Steve Morris (MMC) is aware of this as I complained to the factory and also had a chat with him at the launch of the Sport in Dortmund. I am not sure if his aware of the scale of it though, this sounds like alot of 2008 trads feeling a touchy soggy.
