Paul, glad to hear that you are alright; that must have been quite scary. I had to take my mother down to our local GP and while I was there got chatting with one of the local Drs. They mentioned that there is a virus going around which has vertigo like symptoms and effects peoples balance and in extreme cases can cause fainting.
