we know that only from small manufacturers, often when the owner goes for holiday, the staff has to do the same because there is no substitute.
In propper companies, you need to have holiday planning to cover that and a training plan to have one, better two substitutes for each position. Strange to me.
But you think that there is nothing to worry about, thats good.
