Well, people, the day has come. It's my fiftieth birthday today. I thought that it will be tough to admit that I'm getting older but it's not. I see my mother getting older day after day(she's 74 now) but I didn't realize that I was getting older too ¡time goes by so fast! But I know I'm doing fine, just the little problems that you get with age and lack of exercise but, in general, I'm fine. Some of you are past fifty so you know what I'm talking about: belly growing, knees aching, eyes getting weak, breath getting shorter ¡but I don't feel old at all! I still love old cars, old races, old football, old music, old actresses(Marilyn, Sophia, Raquel), ¡but I don't feel old at all!
So we'll have a little celebration today at lunch, nothing big: some pasta, red wine, cake and champagne and that's it.
Life start at forty, some say. I'm starting my last third, I say. With the woman I love, my dachshund Lola, my family and friends. And with you, the guys from Talk Morgan, the best place to talk about THE classic car.
Now, all I need is some tips for the lottery from the Guy from above to finally get my hands on a Morgan...
