If you use it commercially without permission I think you'd be in trouble, same as any trademark or copyright, the odd individual using it ain't gonna worry them.
They should have more important things to do.
Why should any company be concerned about the use of one of its own copyright or trademarked logos on one of its own products ? So jtl's leather stamp used on the headrests of his own Morgan cannot be construed as a breach. Now, were he to start using it for a range of leather clothing to sell, then it would be a completely different matter.
