Careful! I've not got a five speeder but I thought they were wider. As far as I know, the mirrors are not the widest point of the car, the front wheels are.
Ring some dealers within range and visit one who has a five speed three wheeler and take your own measurements. That way, you can also sit in it, and perhaps get a test drive too.
