I found the Panhard Rod was necessary on the 4 seater as the rear tyres were leaving swirls on the inner wings when cornering hard.
The 4 seater has got more hanging out the back with probably higher side load on the axle especially with people in the back.
The Panhard rod tightened up the handling and stopped scaring the rear passengers.
