This sounds like a..
fuel pressure: there is a pressure check fitment on the manifold. Check it is 58psi
Kink or constriction in the fuel line
Poor quality fuel. Excessive biofuel content.
Manifold problem
Valve spring
Header stud failure
Injector failure
Does the engine turn over at all?
Does one side combust?
park in the shade and try to start it up for 10 seconds. Is one exhaust hot and not the other???
