Also if you look on eBay for 'Plastic Trim Removal Tool' in cars and accessories you wil find for a few dollars some very useful plastic tools for removing and refitting all kinds of vehicle trim and fittings, the beauty is they leave no marks and if you slip off, and we all do, they do not mark the paint....I cringe when I see the screwdrivers used to remove and refit trim items!
