I love it Philip.
That's almost exactly how I had to extricate myself from a pal's 47 Replica (Europa effectively), back in the late 70s. Eventually I found a slightly more dignified process!
Watching George (SpotMog Centre Sec - "Gin" on here) getting into one at Williams the other week I realised how high the sills were.
Friends tested one a number of years ago, they both had trouble exiting and she couldn't reach the pedals... Ended up with a Z3 instead...
